Boogie Bounce Kidz is our unique trampoline fitness programme aimed at children and young people of all ages.
There is something magical about bouncing on trampolines for children and they want to bounce, bounce, bounce all day long to fun funky music. Parents are very keen to see their children grow with the FUN side of fitness being firmly instilled from an early age. Families are calling out for children’s fitness parties’ using traditional games on mini trampolines.

Boogie Bounce HIIT is the workout that takes your cardiovascular fitness to the next level, and leaves your body continuing to burn calories for hours after your workout.
High explosive exercises that require energy quickly will use the body’s stored energy known as anaerobic respiration. Combine this with conventional exercises that allow the body to utilise oxygen plus glucose, known as aerobic respiration, and you get the perfect recipe for maximum calorie burn. Dipping in and out of these energy systems has been scientifically proven as the most efficient weight loss tool and our Boogie Bounce sessions are designed to maximise this effect. Not only does this kind of workout burn massive amounts of calories, the afterburn from this session can still eat calories up to 3-16 hours later.
The Boogie Bounce Strength & Tone programme is designed to shred fat and build lean muscle with the use of four different resistance bands of varying strength and functionality.
As with every Boogie Bounce programme Strength & Tone is designed to leave you grinning ear to ear and feeling fully accomplished after completing a calorie blasting, muscle toning workout.
Strength & Tone is undeniably fantastic for weight loss, but it has many other overall health benefits that can often be overlooked.
Improved posture – the reduction of ‘tech neck’ that many of us are susceptible to, due to sitting at computers all day and walking around looking at our phones. Pick up your phone and look at it and then think about your posture. Strength & Tone can help strengthen those affected areas and help counteract bad posture habits.
Improved upper body strength – the programme is designed to build various upper body muscles. This will help to relieve every day upper body tension and allow the muscles that hold the head and neck to strengthen, resulting in less tension knots around the shoulder region.
Improved core stability – this unique programme incorporates resistance training on the mini trampolines, challenging the core/trunk whilst carrying out exercises on an unstable environment.

Boogie Bands is a 30 minute resistance band workout with a difference! Strengthen your glutes, legs and core to fabulous tunes and funky and easy to follow choreographed routines with high & low options for all abilities!
The sweat will be dripping in your fully packed 30 minute workout. With 20 minutes of sassy dance choreography, followed by 10 mins of pure floor booty & ab exercises, you will finish feeling utterly amazing and perfectly toned!
There are three different difficulties of band. This allows the programme to be accessible to beginners while still being challenging for more experienced people.
