Hey! I'm Paige, The Fun Fitness Coach.
I started teaching in 2016, which seems like a lifetime ago. I have helped hundreds of women and men over the years achieve their goals, increase confidence and improve their mental health! 

You are in safe hands, I am a specialised Personal Trainer including Pre and Post Natal Fitness. 

In our classes, we are crazy, we have a laugh and we end up good friends as well who go out for the odd wine and meal now and again, so you'll become part of a little community - you're not a number in a gym!

In my classes, it doesn't matter if you're new to fitness or a pro, just have fun and enjoy yourself - it's all about YOU no-one else so don't put yourself down and be proud of yourself at the end of each workout!
