Hey... I'm Paige, and I've been delivering fitness classes since 2016, helping people all over Nottingham get fit, feel awesome, and have a blast doing it!

As a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, I'm all about guiding you towards a healthier lifestyle - but with a twist! I believe working out should be fun, not a chore. That's why I created a unique workout experience where we sweat it out in the dark, surrounded by disco lights, lasers, and UV lights. No need to worry about feeling self-conscious here - just let loose and enjoy the party atmosphere!

If you’re looking for an instructor who’s a little out of the ordinary, you’ve come to the right place. My classes are full of surprises - think random antics, social events, props, face paint, funny faces, and yes, a little bit of swearing when the burn kicks in! We're all about having fun whilst getting fit.
