Boogie Bands is a 30 minute resistance band workout with a difference! Strengthen your glutes, legs and core to fabulous tunes.

The program consists of a highly effective hiit cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs.

POMSQUAD™ is a super fun, immensely positive, high energy dance fitness class!  

This programme is a combination of boxing moves/combos with an element of the training associated with boxing.

BOOGIE BOUNCE

Boogie Bounce (BBX) is a complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with patented T-bar handle. 

The program consists of a highly effective hiit cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the facial muscles!​ Bounce off those pounds and shimmy into shape! The perfect way to get fit while having fun!​

Grip socks are required and are essential for this class.​

This programme is a combination of boxing moves/combos with an element of the training associated with boxing.

Box'n'Bounce is an incredible full body workout that can help build muscles in your legs, hips, core, arms, chest & shoulders! It can also help with your strength, speed, hand-eye coordination, agility, endurance & power!

Teamed up with our Boogie Bounce Wrist Weights (you can purchase these off the Official Boogie Bounce website), this will burn more calories and elevate the heart rate up to 10 extra beats and cause you to burn between 5 and 15% more calories than you would without weights 

​

This speciality programme is going to be a BEAST of a workout! This class is performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle.

The sweat will be dripping in your fully packed 30 minute workout. With 20 minutes of sassy dance choreography, followed by 10 mins of pure floor booty & ab exercises, you will finish feeling utterly amazing and perfectly toned!

There are three different difficulties of band. This allows the programme to be accessible to beginners while still being challenging for more experienced people.

POMSQUAD™ is a super fun, immensely positive, high energy dance fitness class!  

 

You'll be shaking your poms while prancing, dancing, bending, and snapping to today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites.  Inclusive, encouraging, and easy to follow classes are designed to maximize caloric burn while strengthening and toning the body.  Featuring a variety of dance styles and unique choreography, there is something for every type of spirit leader in each and every class.
