TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CLASS BOOKINGS

Once you have booked a class it is final, there are no transfers or refunds at all.

We have a Facebook Group where you can post your class and see if anyone wants to buy this off you, all transactions made in this way are between yourself and the person and Paige (TFFC) takes no responsibility.

Please let Paige know who you have sold it to if you proceed to use this option. 

You are responsible to turn up 10-15 minutes earlier than your first class time to complete your PARQ.

Classes do start on time, therefore lateness will be turned away and you will not be eligible for a refund.

BUNDLES/PACKAGES

10 CLASS BUNDLE

This bundle is for 10 classes.

You have 4 weeks to use them from the date of purchase (classes need to be within those 4 weeks).

There are no refunds, extensions or transfers for this package.

You can cancel your class 12 hours before your CLASS START TIME, and then Paige will manually assign a credit back to you to rebook, anything after this period will be lost.

Please note, the re-assigned credits will only be valid for the same duration as when you purchased the original package - there are NO package extensions.

You are also responsible to book your classes - you will have 10 credits assigned to your account - you need to go in and book your classes like normal, however choose credits at the checkout.

5 CLASS BUNDLE

This bundle is for 5 classes.

You have 4 weeks to use them from the date of purchase (classes need to be within those 4 weeks).

There are no refunds, extensions or transfers for this package.

You can cancel your class 12 hours before your CLASS START TIME, and then Paige will manually assign a credit back to you to rebook, anything after this period will be lost.

You are also responsible to book your classes - you will have 5 credits assigned to your account - you need to go in and book your classes like normal, however choose credits at the checkout.

PARTY BOOKINGS

A 50% deposit is to be made to Paige 30 Days before the booking to secure your party along with a signed Terms and Conditions.

The final 50% is to be paid 2 days before the party date.

The 50% deposit paid is non-refundable.

Once all monies have been paid, the booking is non-refundable.

All quotes for party bookings are based on an individual basis.

If Paige has booked the facility for the party, it is the party bookers responsibility to ensure the facility is left how they found it prior to the booking. If any penalties are given for the condition of the hall, the party booker will be liable for these.

If any equipment is damaged by anyone, then the party booker will be liable for repairs or a penalty charge of £50.00 per item - if the trampoline is broken beyond repair this will be £170.00 (Boogie Bounce). The equipment will be checked prior to the session starting and after the session has been completed. Adults are responsible for the safety of all of the children. Each adult is responsible for signing the disclaimer prior to themselves and/or their child taking part, without this being completed they participant will not be allowed to participate.

If Paige is taken ill or unable to attend for any reason, the deposit will be returned along with any other payments.
