Keep Hydrated!

Water is a healthy and cheap choice for quenching your thirst at any time. It has zero calories and contains no added sugars that can damage your teeth!

Did you know that roughly 60% of your body is made up of water therefore it's important to keep hydrated and maintain the body's fluid balance; this helps transport food around your body, aids digestion and assists in regulating your body temperature.

Water can also help with weight loss - it is the cheapest/free best trick you can use - if you drink plenty of water it will help you feel fuller for longer and as a result you'll be less likely to eat additional food or have any last minute hunger cravings!

If you're feeling tired, the best way to wake yourself up is with a glass of water - not a coffee!! You could also feel as if you're suffering with pain sometimes such as aching joints and muscle cramps, water can help ease these pains if you keep your body hydrated.

Tip of the day: If you don't like the taste of plain water, try adding a few slices of lemon, lime and orange for natural flavouring.
